While we are conducting audit and found some gaps during audit ,first we have to note down all these gaps and later on we have to check the standard requirement for the process where the audit conducted and what were the gap in that are so we have to read the standard requirement and check which requirement was not fulfil. That we have to make statement which we called Non conformity .it is classify in two types minor and major.
We are auditing in Maint. Process in dg area. Everything was ok but the document identified for control was not found in dg area.
Now we can write it as the identified control not found implemented. Ref. In dg area the control identified for safe operation of dg not found in dg area.
ISO 45001 Internal and external issues examples :
Internal and external issues which are identified by organization in respect of health and safety international standard. Issues are those identified potential areas which can affect the performance of a defined iso 45001 system. They can create some kind of obstacle in way of achieving OH & S system objectives. So that an organization need to identify such issues while designing the system and action can identified to eliminate the impact of such issues.
