• By doing this practice an team will get list of Interested parties which are linked to directly or indirectly to organization activity.
• Determination of the requirements of these identified interested parties that are relevant to the quality management system.
• It means after listing out the interested parties next step is to determine what are the requirement of these parties individually. Which will give a summarize doc. with interested parties and their requirements.
• Now organization need to review and monitor these data on timely basis to keep updated information in their hand.
